CRUUZR RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Rental Agreement forms part of the contractual relationship between CRUUZR and the customer. By signing, the customer confirms they have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions.

5. Customer Declaration

I confirm that I received the equipment in satisfactory condition, received the safety briefing, will use the equipment responsibly, follow applicable laws, report accidents or damage immediately and return all equipment on time.

6. Health Declaration

I confirm that I am physically capable of participating safely. For SUP/snorkelling I confirm I can swim. I am not under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs or impairing medication.

7. Assumption of Risk

I understand these activities involve inherent risks including injury, property damage and, in exceptional circumstances, death. I voluntarily accept these inherent risks.

8. Liability

I accept responsibility for damage, loss or theft resulting from my negligence or misuse. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability where prohibited by Spanish law.
