Declaración del cliente / Customer Declaration Confirmo que he recibido el equipo en condiciones satisfactorias, que he recibido las instrucciones de seguridad, que utilizaré el equipo de forma responsable, cumpliré la legislación aplicable, comunicaré inmediatamente cualquier accidente o daño y devolveré todo el equipo a tiempo. I confirm that I received the equipment in satisfactory condition, received the safety briefing, will use the equipment responsibly, follow applicable laws, report accidents or damage immediately and return all equipment on time. 6. Declaración de salud / Health Declaration Confirmo que estoy físicamente capacitado/a para participar de forma segura. Para SUP/snorkel, confirmo que sé nadar. No estoy bajo los efectos del alcohol, drogas ilegales ni medicamentos que puedan afectar a mis capacidades. I confirm that I am physically capable of participating safely. For SUP/snorkelling I confirm I can swim. I am not under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs or impairing medication. 7. Asunción de riesgos / Assumption of Risk Entiendo que estas actividades conllevan riesgos inherentes, incluidos lesiones, daños materiales y, en circunstancias excepcionales, la muerte. Acepto voluntariamente estos riesgos inherentes. I understand these activities involve inherent risks including injury, property damage and, in exceptional circumstances, death. I voluntarily accept these inherent risks. 8. Responsabilidad / Liability Acepto la responsabilidad por los daños, pérdidas o robos derivados de mi negligencia o uso indebido. I accept responsibility for damage, loss or theft resulting from my negligence or misuse. 9.
